Our promise

We at Catchpoint are committed to the security and integrity of your information. This commitment is present when we design and build our software and system architecture; when we configure our servers or select our vendors and partners. It extends to our internal security policies and processes and our employees who are an essential piece of this commitment.


Modern slavery is a violation of fundamental human rights. It takes various forms, such as slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour and human trafficking, all of which have in common the deprivation of a person's liberty by another in order to exploit them for personal or commercial gain.

Catchpoint Systems Limited does not tolerate modern slavery. Catchpoint Systems Limited isa strong supporter of ethical business conduct in its operations as well as inits supply chain.

Organization’s Structure

Catchpoint is a multi-national software company providing web performance monitoring services that are used by our customers to measure, analyze and improve the speed, availability and reliability of their websites, web apps and web services. Catchpoint Systems Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Catchpoint Systems, Inc. incorporated in Delaware, USA) is incorporated under the law ofEngland and Wales (Company Number 9091868), whose registered office is atFourth Floor, St. James House, St. James’ Square, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, United Kingdom GL50 3PR. Catchpoint Systems Srl and Catchpoint Systems GmbH are fully owned subsidiaries of Catchpoint Systems Limited. Catchpoint SystemsPrivate Limited is 99%+ owned subsidiary of Catchpoint Systems Limited.Catchpoint Systems Limited has nine (9) employees.

Existing Policies

Catchpoint Systems’ ethics and compliance code (the “Code”) sets forth Catchpoint Systems’ commitment to achieving the highest ethical, moral, and environmental standards in the course of conducting its business and the Code reflects Catchpoint’s commitment to combat any corrupt, immoral and unethical practices. The Code is applicable to all employees, as well as trainees, temporary employees and other personnel who are considered employees for purposes of applicable employment laws and regulations and for tax purposes. Catchpoint Systems seeks to work with business partners and others who share its values and standards and also expect them to behave consistently with the provisions in the Code.

Catchpoint SystemsLimited also has a Whistleblower Policy in place to protect whistleblowers.Catchpoint Systems Limited will protect those individuals that report or identify modern slavery occurring within the organization and supply chains.

Due diligence processes for modern slavery and human trafficking

Catchpoint SystemsLimited carries out appropriate due diligence and risk assessments internally and on suppliers and partners to identify issues of modern slavery or human trafficking and to help ensure compliance with all applicable laws.  

Supplier adherence to Catchpoint’s values

Catchpoint SystemsLimited requires that all of its suppliers and partners adhere to its values and also comply with applicable laws, including, but not limited to, employment laws, anti-corruption laws and applicable modern slavery prevention laws including the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (UK).


To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking inour supply chains and our business, we intend to provide training to our employees.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes the modern slavery statement for Catchpoint Systems Limited and all of its global affiliates for the financial year covering the period of February 1,2022, to January 31, 2023.

This statement was approved by the Catchpoint Systems Limited Board of Directors and covers all activities undertaken by Catchpoint Systems Limited.
