Our mission has remained the same from day one: to prioritize monitoring and observability from the end-user perspective. Our constant driving force is to build a better observability platform and help the companies we support deliver on their promises to their end-users. This starts with a direct focus on improving the digital experience and empowering teams to own it.

Our Story
Our co-founders, Mehdi, Drit, Scotte (and Veronica, now at Eventbrite) started their journey together in the R&D team at DoubleClick where Mehdi was in charge of the monitoring practice. As a hands-on monitoring practitioner, he was frustrated with the many shortcomings of the available Internet monitoring tools.
Their goal from the beginning was to give our customers a complete view of their digital experiences – from anywhere and everywhere. To accomplish this, they designed – from the ground up - a unique, stateless architecture and analytics engine, in order to steer clear of the limitations of old architectures and ensure total data integrity.
Our first four customers are still our customers today: [24]7, Edgecast, Google, and FreeWheel. They’ve been joined by nearly 400 others, among them many of the world’s biggest and boldest innovators for whom low latency not only enables business continuity, but also transformational agility.

Catchpointers embody a spirit of grit and persistence. Just as important is humility and a floorsweeper approach. All of us climb up and down together to do whatever it takes to support each other - and the mission of the companies whose work we help enable.

They lead by example, to cultivate a driven, passionate team that favors humility over egoism, while pursuing a shared goal: to play a meaningful and valuable role to our customers and the wider community.
